First Companies was selected for the 1,865 SF build-out of QT Breasthealth’s new 12 room office, including a warm and welcoming reception area, an easily accessible restroom, several consult and exam rooms and a flexible workspace for administrative use. This project was completed inside the multi-tenant New Vista medical office building, which is located along the East Paris Medical Corridor.
Careful planning of material deliveries and control of construction noises and smells was required throughout the project as the neighboring tenants were open for business. Another challenge for the team was transporting QT Breasthealth’s large ultrasound machine into the building, and up to the second floor. This project was completed on time and on budget.
