Several years ago, Dr. Sortman asked First Companies, Inc. to build a practice for him in Norton Shores. When he decided to open another location in Grand Haven, he knew he could depend on us to achieve his vision.
This new lakeshore buildout features tall ceilings, a welcoming entry and lobby area, 6 operatories with 2 additional operatories for future expansion, a centrally located supply room positioned for quick access, an employee kitchen/breakroom and a consultation office. The build-out of this suite lasted roughly three months and was completed on time and on budget.
