The new ground-up construction project included 22,693 square feet with 14,191 on the main level and an additional 8,502 in the basement. Rapid growth of the practice initiated the search for a new location. Having implemented LEAN DOCTORS principles in their Holland office, Doctors Aaberg and Westhouse were anxious to incorporate this highly successful approach into the design of their new office at 5030 Cascade Road SE in Grand Rapids. First Companies partnered with Flow One and AMDG Architects on the project.
