Gillis Family Chiropractic chose First Companies for the ground-up construction of their beautiful new facility in Wyoming, Michigan. The 10,000 square foot office was constructed using wood framing and includes a partial poured concrete basement. The building’s exterior features cement board siding and ledgestone with the interior finished with textured panels and Cambria quartz. The Gillis office has a welcoming front reception area, staff offices and breakroom, multiple exam and treatment rooms, and a large open area for physical therapy. The project was completed in 7 months and delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
