Hulst Jepsen hired First Companies to help them locate and remodel the ideal space for their Jenison clinic. Previously occupied by a technology company, Hulst Jepsen’s new 1,902 square-foot facility is located along Baldwin Street and features a front lobby and reception area, an open, multi-use room with a variety of training and therapy equipment, three enclosed treatment rooms, a staff office and storage room, staff breakroom, and a restroom. The colors of the space align with the company’s logo which includes a light green, light blue, and dark blue, creating an energizing and cheerful environment for their patients.
This project was successfully completed according to an aggressive timeline and came in under budget.
