Mercy Health’s new Concierge medical facility provides “a unique service for people whose lifestyles rely on flexible accessibility to comprehensive primary care.” This new office is located on the second floor of New Vista, a multi-tenant, class-A, medical facility that is situated along the East Paris Medical Corridor. This 5,331 SF medical office build-out is comprised of 34 rooms, including administrative spaces, exam rooms, consultation suites, a large conference room and a staff breakroom, along with a private, executive waiting room and access to an outdoor patio for use by patients with lengthy visits. Unique to this medical facility, the administrative area provides a workspace for both practicing physicians and is intentionally situated directly behind the reception desk, so as to give the patients and doctors more opportunity for interaction. This entire space features high-end finishes with custom built curved laminate wall panels that greet each visitor as they check in. This project was completed on time and on budget.
