Beyond by Bill & Paul’s is an extension of the Bill & Paul’s Sporthaus brand and is located in the heart of the new Ada Village. First Companies was hired to manage the construction of this 3,132 square foot project. The space includes an open-concept sales floor complete with custom displays, a small seating area, several fitting rooms, a custom casework check-out desk, and two overhead doors that play into the brand’s the outdoor sports theme. The space also includes a public restroom, an administrative office, a small staff breakroom, and storage for product backstock.
This building was constructed during COVID-19. As a result, the project was temporarily put on pause. Despite the challenges of this global pandemic, the project was completed under budget and on time, per the adjusted schedule.
