First Companies Construction was hired to build Window World’s newest office on Patterson Avenue in Grand Rapids. The new facility gives Window World a total of 7,808 SF of space with 2,095 SF dedicated to the office/showroom area. The build-out included a well-designed, inviting showroom that highlights the company’s many product offerings in natural home-like settings. There are two private offices, a conference room, and plenty of warehouse space with one overhead door and one loading dock. All work was completed on time and on budget.
