When the opportunity arose, DornerWorks purchased the building next door and hired First Companies to completely remodel the space, enabling the expansion of their growing business. The company gained over 4,700 square feet and a large, open and collaborative work environment that features loads of natural light. After gathering DornerWorks’ goals and objectives for the space, First Companies provided a layout to meet the requirements, including ADA compliant restrooms, staff workspace, a collaboration room, conference rooms, static-free lab and kitchen/break room.
