West Michigan Orthopedics joins many doctors, dentists, and other medical professionals opening offices along the East Paris Medical Corridor. Located at 2155 East Paris Avenue, West Michigan Orthopedics located their new office in a stunning multi-tenant medical facility originally built by First Companies Construction in 2016. The company was hired again to manage the build-out of the West Michigan Orthopedics office.
The doctors and staff enjoy 4,659 SF of well laid-out space with modern exam rooms, an X-ray room, private offices, administrative space, a meeting room, and staff breakroom. Patients are welcomed by the beautiful walnut wood accent wall behind the custom reception desk. The office also features coved, back-lit ceilings in a spacious waiting area with large windows to bring in light. Beautiful neutral tones with pops of color in the art and furnishings add to the comfortable feel of the office. All work was completed on time and the project came in under budget, even with a delay cause by COVID-19.
