Grace Christian University is a private evangelical college located in Wyoming,Michigan. First Companies had previously collaborated with their team to provide architectural and civil engineering and create the master plan for their original campus. In 2023, they entrusted First Companies with the construction of a 3-story townhouse dormitory building. This new addition to their campus includes 29 units of 2-bed, 2-bath housing anda common area on the main floor. It’s strategically located across from oneof their main classroom facilities and the main campus entrance.In spite of a very challenging procurement market, First Companies was able to bring the project to completion on time and under budget. Grace Christian University has already welcomed their first group of students to the new dorm building.
