When Cedar Springs Dental decided to build its new office on East Church Street, they hired First Companies for the job. First Companies offered them extensive experience working with many West Michigan dentists which made the company well-qualified for the job. The new 3,960 SF office has a clean, fresh look with a bright, open space that incorporates soothing neutrals with touches of blue. The project included nine treatment areas (two left for future growth), an X-ray room, lab, sterilization center, breakroom, and a phone room. The reception area welcomes patients with a fireplace, computer workstation, comfortable seating, and colorful green wall art. Patients can also take comfort in knowing the office has additional air filtration for negative pressure to ensure the cleanest possible air with air exchanges in each treatment room.
