Van Haren Dentistry was founded in 2007 when Dr. Ryan Van Haren purchased his practice from a retiring dentist. The business grew through acquisition requiring Ryan to begin looking for new space. While visiting a friend at Oral Surgery Associates, Dr. Van Haren noticed an available suite in the building that was about the size he needed. This multi-tenant, class-A medical facility is currently home to Oral Surgery Associates, Foot & Ankle Specialists, Mercy Health, and now, Van Haren Dentistry.
Dr. Van Haren’s goal was to design and build a modern dental office where he could provide more complex procedures and aesthetic dentistry. The office includes five operatories, a consultation room, staff breakroom, and photography room for digital smile design. The beautifully designed space, along with new, state-of-the-art dental equipment and updated technology, complete Ryan’s vision. Today, the staff enjoys nearly 2,500 square feet of efficiently laid-out space in a highly visible location at 2144 East Paris Avenue.
The build-out included a mixture of LVT and carpet tile flooring with acoustical ceilings and radius drywall bulkheads. Patients immediately notice the pleasing color palette, attractive barn doors, and unique wood walls that create a comfortable, inviting environment. The coffee/refreshment station features large white tiles accented by wall wash lighting. First Companies completed the work on time and came in under budget – always striving to minimize disruption to other tenants during construction.
