When looking for a new location for Grandville Endodontics, Dr. Licari came to First Companies to discuss various space options to meet the needs of his growing practice. The decision was made to move forward on a ground-up construction project in Grandville, and complete a building that is now a “shared home” for several doctors and their practices – with 4,000 square feet for Dr. Licari’s office. Building ownership and space to grow in a beautiful, professional space helped Dr. Licari achieve his long-term objectives.
