This mixed-used, multi-family building – completed in 2018 – offers high-end one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, some with balconies and roof top patios. There are 15 apartments in the three-story structure, with another 48 apartments in the connected five-story building. All enjoy a shared community room and beautiful roof-top patio and gardens. The project features 8,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, finished to the “white box” level, with space for up to five tenants. Underground parking provides 71 spaces with an additional 24 spaces of main floor parking available. The project was completed in 17 months, as scheduled.
