A professionally curated boutique welcomes visitors and clients as they enter on the first floor. Exposed beams, modern finishes and an abundance of natural light make this open-concept retail area an inviting and vibrant environment for shoppers. Those with appointments make their way upstairs where a full suite of salon and spa services are offered. To keep the boutique and salon connected, the owner requested that a portion of the second level floor remain exposed so clients could enjoy a unique view of the shop below. In total, this 6,500 square foot build-out included: 14 salon chairs, a mani\/pedi station, several private aesthetician and massage treatment rooms and the lower level boutique \u2013 a welcome addition to Ada Village.
