First Companies worked with Total Health Chiropractic to help them find their new location, and secure investment partners, as well as construct and now manage their new building. Located just south of Heritage Pointe, the beautiful 14,000 square foot office provides the space needed to offer the range of services and high level of care they desire for their patients. Dr. Miller knew the building he needed today and what would ensure space for future growth. First Companies made it happen – bringing together an investment group to fund the project, with Dr. Miller an investor and sole tenant.
The facility includes many specialized treatment rooms, a spa with four massage rooms, comfortable waiting areas throughout, a concierge station in the front area, consultation offices and a checkout desk. Downstairs you’ll find a business center with administrative, finance, and marketing staffs as well as a call center. The space was designed to immediately make customers feel at home and comfortable in the environment, using a 575 gallon salt water reef aquarium and decorator elements that bring in the sea to help people relax and decrease their stress.
