From the time they broke ground on the new location for Swan Orthodontics, to the turning over of the keys, the project took about 6-1/2 months to complete. Dr. Swan’s beautiful new office is constructed in a craftsman style with 6,800 square feet on the main level and 1,000 square feet of unfinished basement. The exterior finishes include a dry-stack stone veneer with limestone sills, shingle vinyl siding in “cast iron”, and a decorative column entrance. Inside patients enjoy a bright, cheery space with friendly, inviting colors, floral wall graphics, glass wall tiles and panels, and music-pulsing, color-changing LED strip lighting. All work was completed on time and the project came in under budget.
