First Companies was selected by Studio Park to build a dueling pair of five-story, mixed-use, brick structures that would very quickly become “home” to many Grand Rapids locals. Not only do these two buildings have the combined space to house over 100 unique tenants, but they also feature 20,000 SF of prime downtown retail space. This combined 92,000 SF project is situated just south of the Van Andel Arena and includes a Piazza that is open to the public for all to enjoy! Studio Park was completed on time and under budget.
