Greenland Advanced Oral Care chose First Companies to help them find the perfect location and manage construction of their new 11,742 SF dental office. Not only did the growing practice gain much needed space to serve their clients, they planned ahead with available space on the second floor for future expansion.
The main floor includes an inviting reception area, well-appointed administrative offices, consultation and treatment rooms, a staff breakroom, and a lab. The interior was designed for comfort and durability, with laminated cabinetry, luxury vinyl tile and carpet, and decorative accent lights. Storefront glass windows, masonry, and a combination of cement board & vinyl siding complete the exterior. Cedar accents frame the main entrance, with window trellises and trusses in the gables. The unique design elements, along with beautiful landscaping, contribute to the cozy aesthetic of the office.
Upfront planning kept the project on time and within budget. Now that construction is complete, First Companies Property Management will ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and professional looking – reflecting the quality of care clients expect to receive when they enter.
