First Companies was hired by Grace Christian University to refresh and expand their campus cafeteria. A large storage space adjacent to the main dining area was transformed into additional dining space, nearly doubling the available seating for staff and students. An unused outdoor sitting area was repurposed into an indoor president’s suite. Accessible by way of the cafeteria, this executive suite provides a professional, private space for fundraising dinners and other executive functions. This project presented a unique challenge to the team due to the age of the building and the tight timeline. All work was completed on time and on budget. .
