First Companies’ relationship with FOAM-iT began in 2000 when the company purchased their first building. First Companies facilitated the real estate transaction and later completed an expansion project. When FOAM-iT out-grew that location, First Companies was hired once again to build-out their newest location in Soundtech Court. FOAM-iT now has 46,000 square feet of office, warehouse and manufacturing space, with five docks and two overhead doors. The work included removal of the existing concrete floor for the mezzanine foundations, trench drains, showers, and other plumbing and electrical requirements. The office features striking blue and white color throughout with custom LED light fixtures, raised floor areas, coffered circular ceilings and serpentine wave metal clouds in the conference areas – all to reflect the distinctive FOAM-iT brand.
