When Enviro-Clean Services decided they needed a new building for their growing business, they came to First Companies. To maximize the client’s investment, First Companies proposed a larger structure to utilize all available space on the lot. The final plan included a 46,833 SF building with five tenant spaces, giving Enviro-Clean Services the lion’s share of the building and income from the additional leased space.
Enviro-Clean Service’s new facility has a spacious office area that utilizes large glass acoustical wall panels for sound control and to bring in natural light. All offices feature a glass “storefront” look and entry, creating the bright, open feeling the client desired. Tenant spaces are 7,500 SF with 960 SF of office in the front, and truck docks with overhead doors in the back.
First Companies Construction built the entire building, including managing all tenant build-outs. First Companies Real Estate oversees the leasing of available space, and the Property Management team maintains the building, ensuring it remains beautiful and functional for many years to come.
