BluePearl Animal Hospital chose First Companies Real Estate to locate land and First Companies Construction to build their new 25,000 SF state-of-the-art medical facility. The single-floor building has a spacious waiting room, procedure rooms, conference rooms, break areas, an outdoor patio, office space, and five fully-equipped surgical rooms.
The interior was carefully designed for easy cleaning, with luxury vinyl tile, epoxy, and hard tile flooring throughout. Humorous animal photos from a local photographer give warmth to the space that also incorporates shades of blue to create a calm, comfortable atmosphere for those waiting. The exterior was constructed using masonry, glass, and metal paneling. A large parking lot, artificial turf, and pet-friendly landscaping were added for the convenience of clients and their pets.
This high-end animal hospital was designed and built to the highest standards so that every animal treated receives the best care. The facility also utilizes the most advanced technology in their CT and MRI rooms, requiring careful coordination with equipment suppliers during installation. All work was completed as planned, and First Companies Property Management will now assume responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of this beautiful building, ensuring it continues to look professional and perform well.
