In response to adding the Cadillac and Pontiac line of vehicles, Berger Motors was in need of added space. Working with General Motors and their architectural team, plans were made allowing for a new facility that would fulfill GM’s requirements while improving the service and purchasing experience for Berger Motor’s customers. The result is a 34,000 square foot facility that is twice the size of their former facility and offers double the new and used car inventory as well as service capabilities.

In addition to the enhanced inventory, the added space allows Berger Motors a larger showroom, service, and body shop areas. Influencing the curb appeal of this pre-engineered facility, located along M-66, exterior features include 12’ storefront windows, a main entry accented with a perforated metal screen wall, illuminated signage, and a crisp white metal panel skin.
